Customers from outside the Netherlands

It is important that you enter a valid VAT number here (unless you don’t have one). If you don’t, you will be charged VAT at the appropriate Dutch rate during the checkout process.

We verify your VAT number against the VIES system (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/). Should you have entered an invalid VAT number your order will be delayed. We will contact you to ask for a valid number. If you don’t have a valid number, you will have to pay the VAT before we can ship your order.
 

Customers from the Netherlands

Since our company is based and registered in the Netherlands, all customers from the Netherlands must pay VAT at the appropriate rate. So please leave this field blank! If you don’t leave this field blank, the system wrongly deducts the VAT. Should you accidentally have entered something and you’re not being charged VAT, it will delay your dispatch as you’ll have to pay VAT separately before your order can be dispatched.
